Here you can also receive an estimate on shipping costs to your destination.
Once you are happy with your order click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button and you will proceed to setting up your account details, through to confirming your order — it’s as simple as that. When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and order details attached. Please make sure all details in the address field are correctly filled in-most importantly including email, telephone and delivery address.
Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email from J&J Bird Supplies containing your tracking number and the assigned courier who will deliver your order. If you don’t receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please login to your account and view your Order Details.
Yes, you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it from “Your Cart”. However, once your order has been finalized by pressing the “Check Out” button, it’s not possible for you to change it. You can however request to cancel it during the order confirmation call. All orders will be dispatched after the confirmation call.
